Propane Oven

Ingredients

2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Butter
1 large Egg beaten
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Lemon extract

Butter Cream Frosting

1/2 cup Butter
2 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 large egg yoke
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp milk

Instructions

Sift first 4 ingredients together – set aside.
Cream butter/sugar; blend in egg, milk add flavorings.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Chill in fridge at least 2 hours; roll ½” thick on lightly floured board, use favorite cookie cutters.
Bake on ungreased sheet in oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes .
Let cool, then decorate with frosting.

Butter Cream Frosting

Cream butter & sugar
Add remaining ingredients; stir until thick & creamy.
