TWC Recognizes Suburban Propane in “We Hire Vets” Ceremony in Fort Worth

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), partnering with the Texas Veterans Commission recognized Suburban Propane for their valued participation in the “We Hire Vets” program on Thursday, August 12.

Through this program, employers whose workforce is composed of at least 10 percent military veterans are eligible to receive a “We Hire Vets” employer recognition decal and in 2020, Suburban Propane’s workforce was made-up of 13% veterans.

A ceremony was held at Suburban Propane in Fort Worth where the TWC Commissioner Representing Employers Aaron Demerson recognized Suburban Propane for their partnership in the program.
