Employee Spotlight: Margaret Murrell

Meet Margaret Murrell, Customer Relations Specialist from our Sarasota Florida location. She has been a proud member of Team Suburban Propane for 14 years. According to Margaret, “I enjoy working for Suburban Propane because it’s very gratifying to receive so much appreciation for helping others.” Margaret goes above and beyond for her customers including routinely checking up on an elderly customer’s tank every quarter, to ensure they have plenty of propane.

What Margaret enjoys most about her job is the “overwhelming satisfaction I receive from our customers.” She recently received a shout-out from one of her customers in a 5-Star Google review commending her “5-Star service. Margaret in Customer Service did a superior job.”

She recommends working at Suburban Propane because of the family-oriented atmosphere she experiences not only with her co-workers, but with her customers as well. She also appreciates the opportunities to give back to her local community by being able to donate blood at local blood drives.
