We needed water boiler service on the weekend. We had to pay the premium price because it was a Sunday, which I understood. Patrick came out and worked for over 2 hours, testing everything and repairing multiple issues on our older boiler system. Have been suing Suburban Propane since we built our house. They are always courteous, nice, prompt, and refill every time we need it. That includes before and after a hurricane. We do have a generator and they are responsive dealing with that also. Plus no damages of any type.

Our demand between quarterly refills increased significantly and caused an “outage” whereby we had no propane for essential household functions. It happened to be on a Sunday; so not during standard service hours. Called the “hotline” and a Suburban technician was at our home filling the tank within an hour of the call ! Outstanding customer service and greatly appreciated. Their office even called me a few days later to troubleshoot the root cause for the outage. Great team and very much appreciated !!
