Technician Scott R. Was amazing. I was out in Land O Lakes on a Friday and completely out of gas for my pool heater. We think it was because of a leak as it is extremely unusual I have to fill my tanks within 6 months and SP just filled them 6 weeks ago. SP was scheduled to replace my tank in 3 weeks anyway. The reps said they would just initially add 20 Gallons to my tank and push off the job until Monday. Scott called me and understood our circumstances and brought a new tank to get everything working in a couple hours for my party. Scott took it upon himself to do the job 110% instead of a quick fix and kicking the can down the road. Thank you Scott for your hard work.
