I talked with Kate on the phone. I needed my tank filled, and I had questions about my bill. She was most accommodating, and answered my questions thoroughly. I had someone come to my residence within hours and fill my tanks. All the issues I called about were resolved. I was more than satisfied. Very helpful. Even though they didn't have the hardware I needed, I was able to get my propane tanks filled and the old one (from 1979) recertified, filled, and fitted with a new-style valve for a reasonable price. I came towards the end of the day, and when they told me I couldn't get what I needed there, they told me where I could go to get it. After I got my newer tank filled, I paid for it and forgot it, so I came back 38 minutes after they closed, and the lady let me get my tank from behind the security fence.
