I have been a customer for almost 30 years. Our experience has been very positive. They have worked with us every year to find the best fit for a payment plan, etc. Any time we have had any issues they come to our house within a short time even if they just needed to reassure us that everything is functioning properly and we are safe. The Customer Service is great and the management seems to listen and help when needed. Over the last week plus I have worked with Dee in Marlborough to set up a pre-buy plan. She was awesome! Super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. She has five stars from me. If you are looking to change your provider or have moved to a new home, call them, they are great to work with.

Fernando was creative in delivering fuel despite the snow on the driveway. The office staff was amazing and friendly when we found our talk was empty. I appreciate the amazing service I got today.

We were lucky enough to use Suburban for the last two years (propane service for our house). The one thing that stands out is their customer service. While our recently moved into new home is natural gas, Suburban was nothing but helpful as we made the transition, helping us with tank removal and in settling our account. Given we were exiting customers, they really went above and beyond to help us. If you are looking for a company with great office staff and service, look no further.
