We have been Suburban Propane customers for 9 years and they have ALWAYS provided outstanding service!

They never let the tank get low. I have never even had to call for a delivery. I have had no problems in the 7 years since I got a generator which requires propane. The men have all be courteous and efficient.

Your truck pulled up out front so opened the gate to where our tank is located. I asked the driver if he was delivering to me or our neighbor. He said it was for the neighbor. He also said that he would check our tank while he was there. He said I was well set, just down a little. He said he could fill it while he was here. I said sure. Why make an extra trip. So thank you. The one thing I didn't think of was the gate. He didn't close it because he didn't open it. The neighbors dog got out because we share the yard. It was not that big of a deal but could have been. So when the driver comes to either house just shut the gate. Thanks!
