We have used Suburban for years and are happy with their service. They are prompt with deliveries and very responsive. We recently had an urgent situation and they not only reached out but they reached out quickly and had service at our home within a few hours fixing our issue. Definitely will keep using this company.

We just recently bought a place in Vt and the previous owners used suburban. The people who work there in the VT offices are just exceptionally nice. I have had interactions with them: serrting up an account, scheduling a preliminary inspection, meeting the inspection guy and then scheduling an emergency delivery. Every interaction was so pleasant and nice. The guy who did the inspection informed me that I was very low on propane (8%). I called and they were able to get someone to come right out and fill my tank. They even called me back to ensure that the delivery was going to be made. Super nice people

Your tech's were outstanding and did an awesome job, They showed up expecting to just install a Rinnai heater not knowing they were supposed to also run a propane line through the kitchen cupboards and hook up our gas stove, They went above and beyond without hesitation, Thank you Suburban
