David's guacamole, submitted by David W. in our Southern Adirondack location, is a simple recipe that uses minimal ingredients, just like authentic guacamole. We couldn't celebrate Chip N DIp Day (March 23) without guacamole!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 each Avocados rip
  • 1 small Red Onion chopped
  • 2 small Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 small Peppers Poblano and Serrano
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 2 each Limes Squeeze for juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half. Remove the pit, scoop out inside using a fork.
  • Mash avocado. Add all the other ingredients.
  • Add more salt, pepper or lime to taste.
  • Serve immediately. Store in airtight container in fridge.
