Pulled Pork Sliders
Equipment
- 1 Propane Oven
Ingredients
- 1 package Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Mix
- 3 lbs Bone Pork Shoulder
- 1 bag Disposable Cooking Bag
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 package Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
- 1 container Cole Slaw Mix
Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder, McCormick seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar and cider vinegar in the cooking bag and tie.
- Place bag with ingredients in a cooking pan.
- Cook for 1 hour at 375 and then turn down to 250 for 3-4 hours.
- Take pork out and place in a large bowl, begin shredding. Use juice from cooking to make moist.
- Mix in BBQ sauce to liking.
- Make cole slaw mix according to package or purchase pre-made.
- Cut Hawaiian role in half and top with pulled pork and cole slaw.
