From the hostile sandy foreign desert to the bright lights of the hot Las Vegas valley, LouJuan Jones is focused on service; service of country, service of fellow Marines, service of customers, service of fellow Employees.

LouJuan started with Suburban Propane as a service technician and immediately made a positive impact on our business with his contributions to our customers and local communities. LouJuan has a passion for training so when he heard about our Regional Technical Trainer program he jumped at the chance to become certified so he could help train new service technicians. Whether he’s installing a tank, selling an account or training a new tech, LouJuan’s focus is to serve.

Once a Marine, always a Marine; LouJuan volunteered for our Veteran’s Buddy program as a way to continue his service to our country by being available to new veteran employees to help transition into civilian employment and navigate Suburban Propane culture.

LouJuan’s customers benefit from his focus on service as well. There is no “one” incident that separates Lou Juan from the standard employee when it comes to great customer service. As we receive numerous complimentary comments from current and new customers about his work ethic and positive attitude.
