Equipment

  • Propane Stove

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Cream Cheese softened
  • 36 cookies Cream Filled Cookies
  • 3 packages White Baking Chocolate
  • 1 tube Black Decorating Gel
  • 1 tube Orange Decorating Gel

Instructions
 

  • Crush cookies into fine pieces
  • Mix cream cheese & cookie pieces until well blended
  • Shape into 1” balls and freeze for at least 10 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate.
  • Dip cookie balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour then decorate to resemble snowmen.
