He was awesome, great to talk with, and worked hard to make sure we had heat and hot water. Today, Peter came over to finish the yearly service and cleaning. It seemed that the unit wasn't completely cleaned last year, so it was a little bit (read: a lotta bit) of a mess. He didn't complain at all, did a stellar job cleaning and tuning it up, and even made time to play with my dogs :) I'd love to work with these guys again! So glad I picked Suburban over Mirabito or Reinhardt!
