The local Suburban staff here in Key West FL provided “Outstanding Service” above and beyond what I had expected. We were not aware that we had a leak in the 2nd stage pressure regulator under our house. The Service Manager personally came; found our tank to be empty; using a small tester tank he smelled gas outside midway along the side of our house; went under the house and found the leaking regulator; replaced it with a new one and had our tank filled all within a little over an hour. We just had friends arrive for the weekend the night before, so thank you very much Suburban for fast responsive service by top notch quality local staff and leaders here in Key West.
