Local Suburban Propane Office in Columbus, MS

I am a new customer to Suburban Propane and I am so very happy with my experience so far! Heather from the Wapakoneta office was such a huge help! She answered all of my questions about their services and how to get started. She is really the reason that I decided to stay with Suburban as I had planned on switching providers. I had such a positive experience that when I was talking about it at work, my friend ended up asking for the number to Suburban. He called and talked to Heather and she gave him the same great customer service that I got. He will be switching to Suburban from CC Propane soon! Thank you for all of your help Heather! 😁

On Friday late night 7/23/2021 we started smelling a very strange smell, at our cabin in Munds Park, we searched high and low, finally thinking it was coming from around our propane tank. Saturday we called Subarbans office she was very nice and said they would get someone out soon. Allen came out in a very reasonably amount of time. He spent alot of time explaining what he was doing and what should be happening if we had a leak. He was very professional, informative, respectful, thorough and understanding. It is comforting to know if we have a problem we can count on the team at Surbarban.

I took down my negative review, And now I am giving this positive review because, I recieved a call from the , I think he is the field operations manager...his name is Cory, might be spelled different either way...makes no difference because he took the time to call me and apologize for the former upset and mistake.....he didn't give me a boat load of excuses, was only concerned on how to make things right and better for our future relationship....I am no longer leaving Suburban Propane to their competitor, I am staying with Suburban because I believe him and the staff efforts to continue to keep old Santa Fee, now Suburban with integrity good customer service, and I believe the local workers in the office will do their best to help the corporate office realize how it works out here with us county bumkins....Clearly we have no problem going elsewhere, and I'm pretty sure Corporate is going to realize this quickly.. So give our local office a break, there under a lot of pressure right now implementing new directives, and still trying to maintain the service and regulations we've been used to...So, I recommend Before leavingTry to work it out with SuburbanYou may be pleasantly surprised..
