Local Suburban Propane Office in Lebec, CA

This company is wonderful and the customer service is reps are great as well. Everytime I call Barbara and Sally have been nothing but amazing. The manager as well got me propane the same day when we ran out and made arrangements for my bill. When I had a recent leak they sent Paul the driver out and he got everything fixed and was wonderful at explaining everything. I would recommend them any day especially over amerigas.

I was in a bind. I called multiple propane suppliers BUT Suburban saved the day! They were most responsive and accommodating. Note: when starting service, their forms are not Acrobat compatible. The company turned off all permissions. Either handwrite or convert forms to JPG or PNG to then use with Acrobat or other software. Christine++ and the tech guy Doug are super nice. The prices are fair. I received startup within 2 days.

On 12-22-19 in the late afternoon we noticed we had a propane leak at our tank. We called suburban and Paul arrived from Bakersfield up here to Pine Mountain Club in about an hour and a half. Our weather was fluctuating between rain, sleet, snow and very cold. Paul worked here for hours under horrible weather conditions. He was so kind, professional and dedicated. He would not give up. He found the leak at the tank and insisted he check the house for us. Thank God for Paul because he found a leak in our house, we didn't even know we had an internal leak.He continued to work for hours in the dark and soaking wet. He even had to be on the look out for a bobcat and a pair of coyotes that have been hanging around. None of that stopped Paul from his determination to make sure my husband and I were safe. Paul is the epitome of a dedicated serviceman. There are not enough words to adequately thank Paul for working so deligently to keep us safe. He is a true blessing to Suburban Propane and those of us that fuel with Suburban.
