We have always gotten good service from Suburban Propane gas. We made a bad investment of some no vent gas logs that we still have. I understand your don't sell them anymore. It is confusing each year to have to decide which program we are to sign up with but I love the fact that I can pay for the gas up front and not have to pay monthly bills. Called Suburban when we were almost out; Ashleigh there set us up with the earliest possible appointment for an inspection and fill, which happened to be a couple weeks out.
