Local Suburban Propane Office in Roseburg, OR

I started communicating with Suburban Propane in January 2020. I had spoken with other propane suppliers but Carita stood out as she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She answered my questions, offered advice and responded quickly to my requests. During the following months I spoke with Carita, Shelby and others. They were all very friendly, knowledgeable and VERY willing to help. From that first call, over the next 8-9 months EVERY experience I have had with Suburban Propane exceeded my expectations. Everyone I spoke with there made me feel like I was their most important customer, even before I became one. Richard visited my home site and helped me understand my options and answered my many questions. I felt we was more concerned what was best for me instead of what was best for his company. He was prompt and focused on doing the right thing the right way. Things got better once I became a customer! Suburban Propane over delivered on all the promises they made to me. They exceeded my expectations and I cannot understand why anyone would pick any other service. The only issue is I have is I wish I could give them 12 stars instead of just 5. We recently switched to Suburban for our propane after 10 years with another company. The cost per gal was 1/2 of what we had been paying, we easily were connected with a live service agent who was able to set up service in a very timely manner. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Wish we had made the switch years ago!

Yesterday (4/04/23) a nice man repaired the regulator on our propane tank then tinkered with our gas fireplace and actually got it running! We bought this home in Florence OR three years ago and the fireplace has NEVER worked! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
