Local Suburban Propane Office in Shaver Lake, CA

I decided to switch to Suburban recently after another unmentionable local propane company had us waiting for a fill (with an empty tank) in a "que system" for over a month. Needless to say, I was at my wit’s end when I called Suburban to see if they could help us. All I can say is WOW! Suburban really came through. The office staff and drivers took our situation seriously and did their best to get us on the schedule as quickly as possible. Even though we were experiencing historic winter storms they had a tank delivered within a day and then fully filled it the following week. It was SO refreshing to work with a company who treated us like neighbors and did everything they could to help us get our propane supply back online. The peace of mind Suburban delivered us during this crazy winter weather deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for over 25 years and have always had superior service. They recently even made some adjustments in scheduling so that a Tech could be onsite at our property for a contractor to complete a project.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Suburban Propane in Oakhurst. The customer service I have received has been top notch ( I have distinctions in customer service from studying it). Nadine Contreras went way out of her way to make sure I got my propane tank filled in time to beat weeks of snow. I would have had to leave my home in Oakhurst and gone to stay with my daughter in Fresno if she had not worked MAGIC for me. I’m 73 and disabled. The other woman in the office also went out of her way to help me pay my bill. My delivery guy went way out of his way and worked on his day off to deliver my propane right before the record breaking snow fall we just had. I’m not sure why people are posting some negative reviews - my experience has been the very very best and I invite you to give them a try!!
