I know it's difficult to reach Suburban Propane but today I was able to connect with the Greenfield, MA office and had a very efficient and pleasant conversation with Sue at that office. She was able to quickly find out that a Suburban driver was in our area today so that we could get a tank filled without a wait or an extra service charge. I still miss the personal service at Deerfield Valley Supply but this was a good experience.

A great company to deal with. Fuel delivery folk do an amazing job. A special shout out to RICHARD JONES. With the heavy snow we have received some came down in front of my tank oil fill and I didn't get to clear it before the delivery. Not only did Richard haul the fill hose through a foot or more of snow but he climbed over the snow bank that had come off the roof to get to make the delivery. Class A service from the delivery driver!!! Sorry I didn't get to clear it in time.
