Local Suburban Propane Office in Yreka, CA

Technician was great and soled the issue. My only complaint is that I had requested someone to come out for 3 months. Each time I called I was told that the visit was scheduled, they would call me back after they talked to someone and found out why the visit hadn’t happened. My request was prompted by my bill jumping from $9. to $345, then $1779. (!)

Over the years these guys have taken great care of me. The crew has changed over the years, but Jimmy Ashley Kathy were great! Heloed me open the account and maintain a lower bill Now! Great customer service and communication throughout delivery. Now Melinda helped me close the account (because no longer needed) with no hassle! Would return if need be and highly recommend!

Amazed...called Yreka's Suburban out to my place in the boonies only in hope of reviving 15 year-old Servel gas fridge. For, while also having LP oven-range, for various reasons I'd never signed up to have gas delivered, instead, for 40 years, switching out 5-gallon tanks and refilling in town. (One reason: 40 years ago, servicing cost per gallon more than filling yourself, plus truck would've come out regularly, whether gas was needed or not.) Ernie, their ace serviceman, couldn't revive the patient. But he quickly drank in my situation...and said it'd be easy to extend gas lines and connect both appliances up to a big tank that they would set up and re-fill only when called. He offered to sweeten the deal by letting me lock in to cheap LP prices the first two years, then price would be adjusted to whatever current market was. I was sold. Newly motivated, I bought a new Amish-made Crystal Cold fridge (which Suburban offered to receive, deliver, and set it up when they came out to do pipe extension work and deliver tank, saving me headache of hiring extra trucking service and movers. Pipe work, as it turned out, wasn't all that easy, but it was tackled cheerfully and professionally. Leaning towards generally being big-biz cynic, I was amazed how genuinely service-oriented outfit is. After 40 years, feel lots more uptown out of town now, thanks to Suburban. Office is a little spacey in communications and paperwork, but with such awesome, friendly service this I can live with. Kudos to an exceptional company.
