Suburban Propane I feel has gone above and beyond to get things done. They don't make you feel like just an account. They are all very friendly and very helpful group. I have bugged so much trying to get my system done, and never have I gotten a bad additude from anyone. Tammy has been great with communication and scheduling. Joe took extra time trying to get my system checked and Rex is also a very nice and man he calls when he is about to show up. I feel the cost is responsible also. I recommend them! 👍

Joe came out and conducted a very professional and thorough safety audit of our system. He shared a number of things which we found to be very useful. Jill (office) took us through the sign up process and we REALLY like the new customer first fill-up pricing which cannot be beat. Overall we are very happy and loyal customers. Monty had our tank filled in less than 15 minutes - receipt in hand - this guy is good! Winter is coming and we'll be warm.

They keep my tank supplied without me having to worry about it.
