I just set up a new account with Suburban Propane and I am very pleased so far. They delivered a brand new tank to my camper, changed the fittings and did a leak test to make sure there was no leaking gas. The driver even stayed while we made sure that the water heater, stove etc. were all working before he left. The driver was very courteous and professional. They also came back and topped off my tank automatically during the week so it was totally worry free. The convenience of paying my bills online is very convenient. The customer service that is provided over the phone and via email has also been top notch. I would highly recommend this company. So far, so good.

I mostly worked with Dan Podawiltz who was too notch!! He did everything to ensure we got what we needed for a budget. Always treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable talking to him.

I had a propane tank installed at my RV campsite, and Suburban was amazing ! The whole experience was great, they were on time and set it up in a short amount of time. The tech (Mark) answered every question I asked and was very informative. Highly recommend using Suburban for propane.
