Price of butane is always important however I choose to do business with people who are courteous over the telephone and those who appreciate my business. The first impression most people get from a business is over the telephone. Tangela with Suburban Butane, Columbus, Mississippi was knowledgeable, courteous and made me feel important as a customer. I had discussed with her that we needed to get our tank filled but I had been smelling gas in our home. She took care of me. Suburban Propane is blessed to have Darryl Black as an employee. He came and thoroughly checked everything and solved the problem. He also came today to put in butane and thoroughly checked to make sure everything was working safely. Delivery driver was courteous and efficient.

The only issue I had was timeliness of the first service. They were all exceptionally friendly and my service guy Darrell made sure he got my issue resolved pretty quickly. I am pleased with the service I’ve received.
