Fast service filling my RV. Large facility for filling any propane tanks. Very friendly people.

I was dissatisfied with my propane supplier so I switched to Suburban in April 2023. I contacted the Brighton, MI branch for service. They delivered another tank, replaced the regulators and filled all the same day. Now back in business. Their installer Kevin was excellent. He knows his stuff. Even helped with lighting the pilot of the furnace. Brian the delivery driver filled the new tank with remote controlled system. He showed me his truck which also runs on propane! All very cool. And of coarse sales by my friend Diane. I wrote to Diane to tell her I think she works with some really nice guys. She is nice too! Stay warm, Jeff Martin

Absolutely amazing customer service. Helpful and courteous from start to finish with each individual I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Other companies either never followed through with sending info and paperwork or were even rude on the phone when trying to become a customer.
