We are brand new customers at Suburban propane. April is amazing. She helped me get set up quickly and was able to have us scheduled for a set up within a few days so we could have heat at our new home. Tim delivered a tank and set up our heater with amazing customer service! We have a couple big dogs and he took the time for them to be familiar with them so they wouldn't bark and by the time he left one of my dogs tried to go with him in his truck! We are very new to this type of heater and he took the time to explain everything and make sure we were confident with the information. And he was great with my grandbaby! We couldn't have gotten better customer service from anyone else!! Thank you!!

I was contacted via email by Daniel Caron asking me what my propane tanks percentages were because I live on a dirt road and this time of year the roads are muddy and difficult for a large truck. I informed him that I was at 15% on both tanks. He said that I would be fine and that a truck would be here on Monday, since it was going to be colder over the weekend and the roads would be harder. First thing Monday morning the truck was here. I talked with the driver who said that he had contacted Daniel to check on me. That is what I call "Customer Service" at its best. Thanks guys!!!!
